Client Uniform Warehousing with Next Day Delivery Service

tudio 104 are pleased to offer clients our personalised Storage and Distribution Service. A 24/7 online ordering system programmed through our own Studio 104 Web Shop is available for our clients to place orders with a next day delivery. Each uniform item is individually packaged, hung, and barcoded for a smooth and streamlined service, looked after by our warehouse team of over 30 years’ fulfilment and distribution experience.

The Studio 104 OMS (Online Ordering Management System) allows stock levels and transactions to be easily accessible. We can view clients' real time order status and order tracking direct to carrier websites.

Stock deliveries are booked-in directly onto the system with real time stock and order assignments. Every product introduced to the OMS is assigned an SKU and racking location at the warehouse for efficient and accurate packing.

Client orders on the OMS can be remotely viewed, tracked, and amended through each step of the process. Each item picked is scanned using barcode verification ensuring maximum packing and stock level accuracy.

Every client has their own login details and access to the Web Shop allowing them to place orders for their staff with a next day delivery service as well as view item stock levels. Orders placed through the Web Shop can be named and labelled for individual staff members to avoid any confusion upon delivery. Before any orders leave our warehouse facility they are checked for quality and pick accuracy.

Our OMS, Fulfilment and Web Shop system is perfect for our multi-site clients removing the headache of garment storage and large volume issuing of new staff uniforms.  The system is currently used by our clients Malmaison and Hotel Du Vin.
