● Top of Production Audit: Prior to shipment, a selection of each design from ‘Top of Production’ is sent to Studio 104 for the Garment Technologist to approve. At this stage any queries or issues can be picked up and resolved.
● Final Factory Inspection: Once production is complete, all manufacturers will carry out a 100% quality inspection on all goods before shipping, to certify adherence to design specifications and manufacturing standards.
● Warehouse Assessment: A final assessment is carried out upon arrival at Studio 104’s warehouse. The order is counted, and all products undergo a final inspection, which is overseen by Studio 104’s technical team. We review the garments and accessories against agreed specifications to confirm quality and consistency.
