We focused on developing a contemporary capsule uniform range reflecting the brands luxury status and the heritage of their diamond expertise. Naturally the diamond became our source of inspiration and looked to draw on its key qualities to inform our designs. We created sharp skillfully cut lines and strong angular formations, reflecting the diamond’s brilliant cut, to inspire the seam detailing and the striking silhouette. Concealed placket created a clean finish and a beautiful neckline was expertly cut to effectively show off a diamond necklace.
To compliment the De Beer’s flagship interior, a timeless colour spectrum was created derived from the earthly elements, which ally over time to create the unique miracle of nature, the diamond. A spectrum of midnight blues plays out against a fresh uniform palette of delicate, natural tones including white, signature blush, winter sky, iridescent silver and champagne metal.
Our final designs had to combine both an elegance but with an ability to be universally accepted across the world. De Beers is a global luxury brand and therefore the handcrafted uniform had to be effectively re-sized to be suitable for a variety of body demographics across its stores globally.
This distinctive palette complemented the sharp tailoring across both the men’s and women’s designs. Impeccable execution & craftsmanship went into delivering the final elegant creation. Marrying a contemporary feel with a classic edge to accentuate the diamonds exceptional cut and imbue a level of grace within the staff.
