Escapade Silverstone: A Trailblazing Fusion of Luxury Hospitality and Premier Motorsport

ith a client base spanning all aspects of global luxury hospitality, we hark when new innovations and developments emerge. So, it’s of little wonder that this project, scheduled to open in 2022 triumphantly piqued our curiosity. A collaboration between Lifestyle-led property developer, Escapade Living and Silverstone – the home of British motor racing - offers luxurious trackside accommodation that seamlessly merges hospitality and motorsport.  The result is a striking design statement positioned a few metres from the world’s best racing circuit.

Escapade Silverstone is a development of 60 luxury residences.  The trackside properties, overlooking the revered Copse, Maggots and Becketts corners, have cantilevered terraces, allowing spectators to get even closer to the track.  Along with tickets to all events, priority track access, and expert driver tuition, owners have 365-day a year access to the Escapade Clubhouse, even if they're not staying in their residence. This will contain a swimming pool - at track level, and only metres from the action, with treatment rooms, racing simulators, as well as a restaurant, a bar, and an expansive roof terrace.

When an owner is not staying in their residence, it will form part of the wider accommodation available to guests at Silverstone and offer a healthy net yield.  Climate-controlled car storage is also provided, allowing a secure store for vehicles when not in use.
